REFUND & RETURN POLICY – NEUVATIONACADEMIAE

This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to NeuvationAcademiae, the AI-powered digital learning platform operated by Neuvation Global Platforms.

By purchasing any course, subscription, or digital service from NeuvationAcademiae, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 


 

 

1. All Products Are Digital — No Physical Returns

 

NeuvationAcademiae provides digital learning content only (courses, lessons, AI tools, certificates, XP, badges).

Because no physical items are delivered, all purchases are considered delivered once access is granted.

 


 

 

2. Strict No-Refund Policy Once Access Is Granted

 

To protect the integrity of our digital content and prevent abuse:

 

No refunds will be issued after any of the following occur:

 

 

  • You log into your account after payment

  • You access ANY part of a course or module

  • You open/view a lesson

  • You download or view course materials

  • You activate XP, badges, or certificates

  • You engage with AI tools or assistants

  • You complete onboarding after purchase

 

Once access is granted, the purchase becomes FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 


 

 

3. Refunds Allowed ONLY Under Two Conditions

 

Refunds are permitted only in the following situations:

 

A. Duplicate Payment

 

You accidentally made the same payment twice for the exact same product.

 

B. Failed Payment Error

 

Flutterwave, Paystack, Credo, or your bank charged you but access was not granted.

These are the only scenarios where a refund is possible.

 


 

 

4. Conditions That Do NOT Qualify for a Refund

 

The following reasons do not qualify for refunds under any circumstance:

 

  • “I changed my mind.”

  • “I didn’t know it was non-refundable.”

  • “I don’t like the course.”

  • “The content is too difficult.”

  • “I expected something else.”

  • “My child/cousin/friend used my account.”

  • “My account was hacked.”

  • “My data finished.”

  • “My internet was bad.”

  • “I didn’t complete the course.”

  • “I want to switch to another course.”

  • “I made the payment by mistake.”

  • “I didn’t get the job I hoped for.”

 

These reasons are common abuse attempts in Nigeria, and NeuvationAcademiae does not accept them.

Access = Consumption = Final Sale.

 


 

 

5. Subscription Renewals Are Non-Refundable

 

For subscriptions:

 

  • Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed

  • Users are responsible for managing their own subscriptions

  • Cancellation must occur before the next billing date

 

“We did not know it renewed” is not accepted.

 


 

 

6. Chargeback Abuse Policy

 

Any fraudulent chargeback attempt will result in:

 

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent refusal of service

  • Reporting to payment partners

  • Submission of legal documentation proving access

  • Blacklisting across Neuvation platforms

 

We take digital content fraud seriously.

 


 

 

7. How to Request Refunds for the Allowed Cases Only

 

If your refund request falls under duplicate payment or failed access, email:

  • Email used to register

  • Screenshot of payment receipt

  • Description of the issue

 

Refunds (if valid) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

 


 

 

8. Acceptance of This Policy

 

By completing your purchase on NeuvationAcademiae, you confirm that:

 

  • You have read this Refund Policy

  • You understand it

  • You agree to all terms

  • You accept that all digital sales are final once access is granted
