All products and content are strictly digital-only. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

  • Maintain only one account unless permission is granted

  • Avoid sharing your account with others

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

5. Course Access & Usage Rules

When you purchase or subscribe to any course or program, you receive personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive access.

You may not:

  • Download and redistribute course materials

  • Share course PDFs, videos, or lesson files

  • Resell or republish Neuvation content

  • Attempt to copy, extract, or reverse-engineer the platform

  • Use bots or scraping tools

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on NeuvationAcademiae — including text, videos, graphics, AI-generated lectures, avatars, designs, and learning logic — is the exclusive property of Neuvation Global Platforms.

You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written consent.

7. Payments & Billing

When you enroll in a course or subscription, you authorize Neuvation to charge your selected payment method.

All prices are clearly stated before purchase.

Refunds follow the NeuvationAcademiae Refund Policy, located in the footer of our website.

Payment processors may include:

  • Flutterwave

  • Credo

  • Paystack

  • Stripe

  • Other approved providers

We do not store full card or payment data. All sensitive information is handled by secure third-party processors.

8. Certificates, Badges & XP Awards

Completion certificates, XP points, readiness scores, and badges are digital achievements awarded based on your performance.

They are not government-accredited academic qualifications.

9. Platform & Course Modifications

Our team may update courses, improve modules, or adjust platform features at any time. This ensures the best learning experience.

You are not entitled to refunds due to content updates or platform changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuvationAcademiae is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We are not liable for:

  • Learning outcomes or job guarantees

  • Loss of data

  • Internet connection issues

  • Technical delays or interruptions

  • Third-party service failures

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Hack, disrupt, or tamper with the platform

  • Use Neuvation tools for illegal purposes

  • Misrepresent Neuvation content as your own

  • Upload harmful files (malware, viruses, etc.)

Any breach may result in immediate termination without refund.

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Abuse the refund process
